Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. To read our full return policy and instructions on how to begin your return, click here.

Note: Initial shipping charges, final sale items, and Route Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

Ellesse merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was initially purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Please follow the returns procedures to return your item(s) and place a new order for the replacement.

Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • Sale discounts and markdowns are applicable only to orders containing eligible items during the specified sales period.
  • Eligible items and their corresponding discounts will be clearly indicated on the website.

2. Sales Period:

  • The sales period is defined by the dates specified on our website.
  • Discounts and markdowns are only applicable to orders placed during this defined sales period.

3. Exclusions:

  • Items not explicitly marked as eligible for the sale are not eligible for discounts or markdowns.
  • The sale does not apply to purchases made before or after the sales period.

4. Pricing:

  • When products are marked down, discounted prices will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart during the sales period.
  • When provided with a discount code, discounted prices will be applied to eligible items in your cart when entered during checkout. Discount codes are only valid during the sales period.
  • The original prices and discounts will be clearly displayed for your reference.

5. Limited Stock:

  • Availability of eligible items during the sales period is subject to stock availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of eligible items per order.

6. Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before or after the sales period will be processed at their regular prices.
  • No price adjustments will be made for items ordered outside the specified sales period.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Our standard return and exchange policy applies to all eligible items. Items marked clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased during the sales period can be returned or exchanged according to our regular policies.

8. Cancellation:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified to take advantage of the sale if it falls outside the sales period.

9. Right to Modify:

  • We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the sales period at our discretion.
  • Any changes to the sales terms will be updated on our website.

Standard Ground - $9.98
Expedited (2-day) - $19.98
Overnight - $25
Orders $200+ receive free economy shipping.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Fulfillment and Shipping Time
Please allow for 1-5 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to the Los Angeles area.

Processing and shipping times may increase during new product releases, holidays, or inclement weather events.

Tracking
You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

Change of Address
We cannot change your address or shipping method selected after your order has been placed. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. For assistance with orders that have already been shipped, please reach out directly to the carrier (UPS or FedEx) to request your package be held at a pickup location.

Once an order has been confirmed we rely on the accuracy of the provided shipping address. If a customer has entered an incorrect or incomplete address, Ellesse holds no responsibility for the lost or undelivered package. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery

What happens if my package is missing/stolen?

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, please use the Route app or the link in your Route confirmation email to start the claims process. If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.  

If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, we are not responsible for missing and stolen packages marked delivered. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.   

Cancellations & Order Changes

Can I cancel my order?
Customers cannot cancel their own orders. Due to fast order processing we cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes. However if you wish to cancel or make any changes such as address updates or product size changes, please contact us at cs@ellesse.us as soon as possible and we will review your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you may return the order back to us for a refund and place a new order. 

I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Due to volume, we kindly ask that customers make sure the items they are placing in cart are the correct size and color, and the shipping address is correct.  We cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes, however you may contact us at cs@ellesse.us to see if we are able to cancel your order.
