At ellesse, we stand behind the craftsmanship, performance and design integrity of each piece we create. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We're happy to accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following qualifications:

• Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  
• All original tags must remain attached.

To preserve performance standards, garments showing signs of match play, training use, perspiration, laundering, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• Full-price items may be exchanged for the same item/style number in an alternate size or color, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined above.
• Your exchange order will be processed once your return package has been received at our facility

Refunds

• Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
• A $8 return shipping fee, per return, will be deducted from the refund.
  

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase.
