Fit is everything. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it. Exchanges are always complimentary, and returns carry a flat $8 shipping fee. Everything starts in the ellesse Returns Portal.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Start yours through the ellesse Returns Portal.
Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid FedEx label. A flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be received and processed.

Exchanges are complimentary. We provide a prepaid return label, and your replacement ships free of charge.
Your new order is released as soon as your return is scanned by FedEx, so there's no need to wait for it to reach us. Expect your exchange to arrive within 5–10 business days.
