Return Policy

At ellesse.us, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Only merchandise purchased directly from ellesse.us is eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. 

 60 Day Window 

You have 60 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund  

Condition 

Returned merchandise must be: 

  • Unworn and unwashed 
  • Undamaged and in saleable condition 
  • Returned with all original tags 

 Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Altered or customized apparel 
  • Special orders 
  • Gift cards 
  • Gift with purchase

Return Fee 

A flat return fee will be applied to cover the cost of processing and shipping. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

 Return Method

Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment only.

While we currently do not offer a direct exchange service, our customer service team is here to assist you. For exchange-related inquiries, please contact our customer service line. Our associates will be happy to help you initiate a return and assist with repurchasing the correct item using the card on file.
